Owner of Scott County Abstract & Title and Carver County Abstract & Title.  Sue has worked for Scott County Abstract & Title for 30 plus years, helping many files reach closing, including the most complicated ones.  In 2013 she became part owner.  Sue is a licensed Abstractor but spends the majority of her time examining files with accuracy being a top priority.  When not examining abstracts, Sue enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.  Sue and her husband currently reside just outside of Jordan, with their two sons.

Owner of Scott County Abstract & Title and Carver County Abstract & Title, Title Examiner at Carver County Abstract & Title. Nick started working in the title business in 2004 after graduating from St. John’s University.  After starting out at Scott County Abstract & Title, opening files and typing commitments, he moved to Carver County Abstract & Title to manage the office in 2009.  Nick deals with a variety of transactions including residential, commercial and bank-owned properties.  When away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys, traveling and going to baseball games.

Ali is a closing assistant in the New Prague office and has been with the company since 2019.  She also works with builders, lenders and homeowners during the construction draw process.  A graduate of New Prague High School, Ali currently resides in Elko with her boyfriend, Justin and German Shepherd-Siberian husky mix, Sabrina.  She enjoys cooking from home, bonfires, poker nights and walks around the neighborhood with Sabrina.

His attention to detail help him perform file exams in a prompt manner.  In his free time, Tanner likes to spend time with his wife taking their 2 King Charles Spaniels on walks at the dog park.  He also enjoys cooking, board games, lake time, and staying active with CrossFit.
